Author of "My Customer, My Co-Worker" and Great Lakes Bay
businessman, Dennis Beson will be presenting a seminar titled
"Customer Service Boot Camp" on three different days in the
month of March one day in each county.
The seminar will focus on how to treat both a customer of your company and the internal co-worker customer. The two hour seminar will be fast
paced and interactive, with role play situations, discussion groups
and team related exercises designed to challenge participants to
be the best they can be.
The fee for this seminar is $49.95 per person.
Dennis Beson is a corporate training specialist and has worked
closely with a number of the Great Lakes Bay Area businesses.
Beson is also a member of the Midland, Bay and Saginaw Chamber
of Commerce.
