High Tea was served to five little local Princesses at Bay City's Atrium Restaurant last Saturday, February 19th.
"They were so precious," said Atrium owner, Elaine Fournier, who welcomed the little ladies and seated them "center stage" in the restaurant's gazebo.
Earlier in the day, the five little Royals were "transformed" for a 7th year birthday party. The girls spent the early afternoon at The Day Escape Spa in Bay City, where they were manicured, pedicured, curled and coiffed.
Tiaras in place, they then were taken to Tea at The Atrium, where they enjoyed finger sandwiches and "tea", and selected dessert from a tray of sweet treats.
"We have birthday parties here all the time," Fournier said. These girls were just a joy."
"High Tea" is an English Tradition most often enjoyed by Royalty. These daintily-gloved Bay City girls sipped "tea", giggled and posed their way through the afternoon for the cameras of parents as well as the smiles of onlookers. It was undoubtedly an event they will remember.
"We went the extra
smile for them," Fournier said. "They're welcome back anytime."
