GLB Regional Wellness Alliance Announces the Annual Rewind by the River

The Great Lakes Bay Regional Wellness Alliance has big plans for the weekend of July 27th -- 2012 -- at Wenonah Park Bandshell in Downtown Bay City.

The event this year will be a FREE 80's Concert (Rewind by the River) featuring the award-winning Mega 80's Band.

Rewind by the River Music Festival gates will open at 6:00pm on Friday July 27th at Bay City's Wenonah Park.

Dave Dittenber, President of Great Lakes Bay Regional Wellness Alliance, said that the cooperation and support of this year's sponsors has been outstanding. "This year's event is going to easily surpass the success of the last two years," Dittenber said. "It will enable us to give back even more to our local community charities," he added.

The local non-profit organization was founded in 2010 with hopes of providing local charities and organizations with increased funding to help strengthen the community.

In the past two years, Rewind by the River Music Festival has raised over $40,000 for local charities.
