When headliner Confederate Railroad played their hit song "Trashy Women", a familiar voice accompanied the band, Bay City's own Steve Armstrong! On the tail of a newly released CD, Armstrong's success is growing by leaps and bounds.

Armstrong's self titled debut album features Confederate Railroad's recognizable hit "Trashy Women". Lead singer Danny Shirley & Steve Armstrong collaborated on a cover of the hit song for Armstrong.
The 4th Annual Bobby Randall Birthday Bash was created by former Sawyer Brown guitarist Bobby Randall to benefit local charities. Randall a seasoned veteran in the music industry along with 94.5 The Moose draw crowds from all over Michigan, to the annual event.
Over the past year, Armstrong has spent countless hours in the recording studio and has logged too many trips to count - back and forth to Nashville - to keep sessions with sound engineers and studio musicians.
"Producing this CD and all that goes into it has consumed my life for the past year," Armstrong said. "The Bobby Randall Birthday Bash was amazing, and just a stepping stone of things to come!"
