Spring is just around the corner, and Downtown Bay City will be welcoming its arrival with a "Welcome Spring" Open House, April 8 and 9.

Twenty Downtown merchants will be holding individual store specials and activities including: Afternoon Tea at Herman Hiss & Co., Sampling of fine hand dipped chocolates from the infamous St. Laurent Brothers (the Nut House), Free Mini Makeovers at Merle Norman Cosmetics and the Grand Opening of You Do The Dishes at 904 Water Street.
In addition, the streets of Downtown Bay City will be filled with color by the placement of over 120 art panels created by local high school students.
