The online publication that identifies itself as "All Bay City . . . All The Time" has evolved from a newsletter kind of publication into a "must-read" for anyone interested in the day-to-day activity inside the Metro Bay City area.

About a year ago, MyBayCity Publisher, O.J. Cunningham, made the decision to concentrate news and reporting efforts to a more specific geographic area -- Bay City, Michigan.

We have achieved a certain level of success with MyBayCity over the past few years, Cunningham went on to say. "We're reaching close to 15,000 unique visitors each month," Cunningham said. Adding that the MyBayCity publication has a mailing list of over 5,000 verified emails.

As far as Social Media is concerned . . . Facebook "LIKES" are nudging closer to 3,000 every day. "What we publish is making an impact," Cunningham added.

You Just "Gotta"
Have An "APP"

But . . . We all know that if you have content and you need to distribute that content to a defined group . . . You have to have an APP.

On December 3, 2012 . . . The MyBayCity "APP" went live on the Android Play store.

"Josh Sharrow and Steve Kent did all the work," said Publisher, O.J. Cunningham. "Making an "APP" for MyBayCity has been a learning experience, Cunningham added.

The team at OJ Advertising, INC (Parent Company of MyBayCity) has been hard at work on the Android version of the APP since early November.

"It's a lot like cutting your way through a dense, thick forest of underbrush for a few weeks and then finding that the next few miles are infested with deadly snakes . . . and every few hundred feet . . . Quick Sand," Cunningham added.

"Seriously," Cunningham said. "Don't try this on your own." Cunningham went on to say that anyone needing assistance with development should contact Josh Sharrow at (989) 892-8501.

The iPhone version of the MyBayCity "APP" will be availble before the end of the year.

"There's a few bugs," Cunningham added. "But we've got it under control."
