Each year the Bay County Library System holds a very special program for children and families to create Valentines for the men and women serving our country. You and your family are invited to create an anonymous Valentine's Day card or letter, which will be sent to someone serving overseas.
All materials and postage will be provided. Your creations will be delivered with the help of Soldier's Angels. Don't miss the opportunity to brighten the day of our troops! There is no registration. Drop in anytime during the programs!
