Downtown Bay City is celebrating the arrival of Spring with their annual "Welcome Spring" event with Open Houses all over town!.
"This event brings people into Downtown from throughout the Great Lakes Region and beyond who will be sure to find the latest and greatest of everything they crave for warmer weather - from fashions to home accessories to great dining!" Said Candace Bales, Director of The Downtown Bay City Development Board.
