Friends and Family Feud returned to the Willew on Thursday August 1st in style! Dave Bernreuter and his "Dancing Pandas" were crowned champions of the first week. Bernreuter and his team faced the team from Old Kawkawlin 7-11 winning in a last minute 172 point lead.
Friends & Family Feud is at 8 week game show event hosted by Last Choice Country 108.5's Josh Sharrow & Shawn Doyle, at The Willew Lounge on Midland Rd. in Bay City. The teams each pay $50 a team to play, with the money benefiting the charity of their choice at the end of the 8 week contest.
Last season's winner Changes Salon split the $500 grand prize between The Bay Area Womens Center & Relay for Life Team Thomas. This season's grand prize is slated to be near $1,000, and the contest is just heating up.
Bernreuter and his team are playing for the "Stocking The Trailer Toy Drive" held annually raising over 1,500 toys for local children this Christmas. "It's a great organization, and the guys from Last Choice Country put a lot of work into the toy drive every year!" said Bernreuter. "We're happy to support them!" Bernreuter's team returns August 29th to defend their title in the semi final round.
Friends & Family Feud is held at The Willew Lounge every Thursday night at 9pm.
