Michigan Idol at Castaways!

Michigan Idol is switching things up starting Wednesday, January 8th, 2013 for another 10 week talent competition. This season the location will be at Castaways Bar in Bay City.

Contestants will have the opportunity to qualify each night for a Grand prize of $500 cash. Lori Dole, owner of Castaways, says she is excited for the competition. "I love what Josh & Shawn do here at Castaways and this will just up the excitement here!"

Last Choice Country's very own Josh Sharrow will return as your comical Idol Host and the always popular, panel of Judges. This season's judges include 2013 Michigan Idol winner Sarah Jayne Wack, David Bernreuter and Last Choice Country personality Shawn Doyle.

Contestants are scored on: Appearance, Stage Presence, Vocal Ability, Crowd Reaction, Song Knowledge and Over All Attitude.

Sign up and warm-ups are held from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. Competition starts at 9:00pm sharp. Michigan Idol is brought to you by Last Choice Country, MyBayCity.com & Castaways.

Castaways is located at 3940 Boy Scout Rd. in Bay City.
