Michigan Idol Amps Up The Sound!

For years Michigan Idol has been a staple contest in this community, starting in the Stables in Bay City in the early 2000's.

The show has slowly progressed into a rolling talent show that has helped to produce several stars including local favorites Dani Vitany & Steve Armstrong. The contest has seen it's fair share of success at The Willew Lounge in Bay City. Noticing the contests potential made it the perfect chance to shake things up a bit. Michigan Idol organizers have decided it's time to "Amp Up" the sound a bit.

Orgnaizers Josh Sharrow & Shawn Doyle of Last Choice Country said they have some new things planned. "We are very fortunate to be working with Level 47 Productions, a local sound company for this season of Michigan Idol." said Sharrow. "Working with Level 47 allows the singer the opportunity to have on stage monitors, and an actual sound tech to work with."

The Michigan Idol show starts on Wednesday January 8th, 2014 at 8:00pm. The Grand prize is $500.
