Cheesetown Challenge Has New Image for 2014 Races

Bellsmith Updates Graphic to Super Sharp Cheeseman

With supernatural strokes of graphic artist supreme John Bellsmith's unmatched drawing pencils Swifty Cheese the long running cheeseman logo has now become SuperSharp Cheeseman. Draped in a super heros cape and sporting a definitely "Feel The Power of Cheese" look Super Sharp Cheeseman was formally introduced to thousands of participants of the Bay City St. Patrick's Day Race Sports Expo recently and became an immediate celebrity.

Running and walking enthusiasts of all ages swarmed the CheeseTown Challenge Race booth throughout the expo to pickup CheeseTown race brochures adorning his CheeseTastic image which will also be seen on this years race shirts.

The booth was manned by race director Marty Schultz back for his 31st year, assistant race director and Pinconning High School Cross Country Team Coach Christy Morand, CheeseTown Mascot Marvin "The Mighty Mouse" along with a dedicated group of team members dressed in different styles of CheeseTown appareal who distributed race brochures, gave out a variety of cheese samples, and administered a new "cheese" frisbee toss where participants won race shirts, cheesehats and even free entries to this years races all the while touting the "Feel The Power of Cheese" and "Be There or Be Square" CheeseTown Challenge Races theme.

Also introduced was the newly updated CheeseTown Challenge Races website www.cheesetownraces.com designed by CheeseRific webmaster designer Jennifer Ayers-Gould that sports Super Sharp Cheeseman, a poll to determine this years race shirt color and type, previous race video and pictures, Top Ten Reasons To Do the CheeseTown, coloring pages for kids, online registration plus print registration forms for mail in and a cheesemendous amout of detailed information about the June 13th & 14th events.

It was also annouced that continueing this year after CheeseMendous success last year the Friday Night Family Fun 2 Mile Run/Walk and Little Meeces Races, thought to be a one year event, will be on Friday June 13th right after the Boy's &Girl's Club Mac & Cheese Dinner Cook Off at 7:00 P.M. There have already been several entries received for it so it's already on its cheesey way. Saturday June 14th will feature the main day events being at 6:00 P.M. the 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk, 5 Mile Race, Iron Cheese Competition and more Little Meeces Races.

SuperSharp Cheeseman and the CheeseTown Challenge Races 2014 team are up, up, and away promoting this years sure to be CheeseTastic event be sure to checkout the race website www.cheesetownraces.com and look for them out in the community along with next weeks newsrelease as they "Spread the Cheese" for CheeseTown Challenge Races June 13th & 14th 2014.
