To make it easy for residents to dispose of appliances, electronic devices, building materials, metal scrap, prescription drugs, tires and more, several stations were set up in the parking lot.
FinancialEdge Community Credit Union received over 3000 pounds of paper shred at the Cintas shred station. Habitat For Humanity, Cat's Meow, Three Men and a Truck, Jaco Environmental and others were also receiving disposable goods.
Bay City Electric Light & Power offered residential customers free lighting kits.
The City lot on Water Street was bustling with activity from 9am-2pm.
