Officers from the Bay City Police Department will be at upcoming library children's events to make free child IDs.

These identification cards take less than 2 minutes to complete and contain the following information: child's picture, name, height, weight, hair color, eye color and a thumb print.

Officers will arrive 30 minutes before the start of each of these outdoor programs...
