E & D Accounting and Tax Service, Inc. started in 1996 as a Family Business, after working several years with a Corporate Tax Attorney in his business. We spend considerable time annually working to keep on task & current with ongoing and increasing changes and requirements on the federal, state & local levels for our clients.

Keeping up to date helps us assure our clients have the most current information in operating their businesses. We enjoy giving our clients a personal touch and understanding of their businesses and family situation to help them with their financial reporting for their businesses and personal situations. We have grown our business primarily by word of mouth and referrals from happy clients which has been a great feeling for us. Seeing a happy client makes what we do very rewarding.
