The Bay County Medical Care Facility hosted a Bazaar on October 13, 2012. The Bazaar includes vendors, baked goods, crafts, food and raffles. The vendors pay a fee of $20 to rent a table to display their products that are for sale. Other items that are available for sale are items donated by family members of the residents; homemade crafts made by the residents and purchased goods.

The proceeds raised by the Fall Bazaar are used to buy Christmas gifts, pay for activities including shopping, bingo etc. and special outings for the residents of Bay County Medical Care Facility.

The Fall Bazaar has been in operation for over 32 years and on average raises up to $4,000 which is used for the benefit of the residents.

Pam Campau an employee who has been participating in the Fall Bazaar for 32 years states her experience and enthusiasm, "It's so amazing to see members of our community come together to work as one to help benefit the residents and make a difference in their lives by raising money to help support activities that we can provide to the residents to make them feel more at home."

Interested vendors please contact the Bay County Medical Care Facility activities department at 989-892-3591 ext:128 to find out when the next Bazaar is being held to reserve a spot in this honorable event to help support and give back to your community.
