I Could Go All The Way

I have no idea what it feels like to "break into the clear . . ."
The QB hands-off to me . . . I lower my head . . . hands are everywhere, grasping at me, at the ball, at my jersey . . . ("Don't Fumble," I hear a voice whisper) . . . I grasp the ball tighter . . .
I cut left and then duck under a tackler and head straight up-field.
No one is there . . .
Where did everybody go . . . ?
Don't look back to find out, I remind myself.
Run . . .
Run . . .
Run . . .
Run . . .
They must be right behind me. But all I hear is the crowd roaring.
Roaring.
Roaring. Roaring.
Run Faster . . .
Run Faster . . .
Faster, Faster . . .
Run Faster, Faster . . .
Then I hear Chris Berman screaming my name . . . "He Could Go All The Way."
Some call that .... ->>>>
RELIGION . . .
