Gallagher and Horton Prepare for 3rd Trip to Skating Nationals

13 year old Madeleine Gallagher of Bay City and 18 year old Jonathon Horton of Clawson are preparing for their third trip to the U. S. Figure Skating Jr. National Figure Skating Championships to be held in East Lansing, MI December 10-14.

The intermediate pair team recently qualified to compete at the Midwestern Sectional Championships in Fort Collins, Colorado where they won an award for best twist and finished in 5th place.

They are excited that they will be competing in their home state where friends and family will be able to attend.

Gallagher and Horton will be performing at the Sk8 Bay Figure Skating Club's Christmas Exhibition at the Bay County Civic Arena on December 3rd at 12PM. Admission by donation.
