Ant Man Spoiler Free Review

ANT-MAN! You've got to see it. Just plain FUN! Lots of laugh-out-loud parts and excitement. Originally, director Edgar Wright, a big fan of Ant-Man, proposed making the film to Marvel in 2003, describing it as "an action-adventure comedy; a cross-genre action and special effects bonanza." They succeeded in doing this.

The cast was perfect. Ant-Man (Scott Lang) was played by Paul Rudd who really worked out to get into good shape. Michael Douglas (Hank Pym) is the creator of the suit that changes Scott into Ant-Man and is his mentor. Pym's daughter, played by Evangeline Lilly, is tough, cute and funny. They all delivered their lines very well and their timing for the laughs was great. Michael Pena's story telling scenes are a hoot.

I enjoyed the CGI. It flowed well and made it believable. I know it isn't real, but you go to it suspending disbelief.

We all need to be able to relax and enjoy a great movie. This is one of those movies. Enjoy.
