Krager, MacBride Claim YMCA Paddleball Turkey Title

The 47th Paddleball Turkey Shoot Out took place at the DOW Bay Area Family Y with 16 players
shooting it out for the frozen turkeys.
The Open winners were two first time champs.
Bay City's Chad Krager and Paul MacBride took down 12 time champion Randy Wackerle and Greg Keenan 21-8, 21-18 in the finals to take home trophies and turkey dinner. Runner-up Wackerle and Keenan won pumpkin pies.
In the A Division Saginaw's Jim Price and Mitch Larson defeated Bay City's Terry Genow and Norm
Halstead 21-6, 21-8 for first place. Larson has won the A Division 3 years in a row.
Bay City's Sandy DeGreif and Eric Knochel took home the mashed potatoes for the consolation prize.
