Wild Game Dinner & Wine Tasting 2016

The Bay Area Women's Center hosted another successful Wild Game & Wine Tasting Dinner at the Scottish Rite Center in Bay City, MI on Saturday, February 6, 2016, providing an amazing menu of gourmet wild game paired with selected wines.

Chefs included Fred Garcia-Tipsy Bear Bistro, Susan Fassbender-Asian Noodle, Mike Malusi-American Kitchen, Jim Martini-Martini's Custom Catering, James Ung-Blossoms Asian Bistro and Carrie Fisher, Gourmet Cupcake Shoppe.

In addition to great food that included items such as venison bites, grilled lamb and chorizo meatballs, ground bison pitas and more, the evening featured silent and live auctions from donations by many local businesses. Dow Chemical Employees' Credit Union was the title sponsor of the event.
