The Fifth Annual Bay County Fair and Youth Exposition fundraiser was enthusiastically held at the "Canteen" at the fairgrounds. A packed room enjoyed great chicken, meatballs, and yes cold beverages along with a live band, quality raffles and the feature items being the Gun Raffle.

The unseasonable, warm February weather made for a summer gathering feel of friends and neighbors. Great conversation and plenty of laughter filled the hall as all had a good time while supporting our Youth and the Fair. While it was a good time to just get out with friends, it also brought awareness to how important our Fair and the Youth it supports is to our community.

While the well-attended event brought winners of some great prizes, it was the Fair and Youth Expo that was the real winners. It's great to see how many people support this worthwhile event that ensures and encourages the involvement of our youth.
