Spoiler Free Movie Review - Criminal

I saw the movie "Criminal" with Kevin Costner. It was very good. You will see Costner as you never have before. He's an amoral criminal with a lifetime sentence. He is chosen by a director in the CIA to become part of an experimental procedure to retrieve memories from a dead CIA operative played by Ryan Reynolds. The operative has/had some vital information regarding a diabolical plot that needs to be accessed as soon as possible. Tommy Lee Jones plays the doctor who invented the procedure.

It's a violent movie but not overboard. The language is what you would expect from an R-rated movie but I didn't find it offensive.

I enjoyed the movie. It was the type of show that could illicit good conversations after seeing it due to the morals of the procedure.

So go. Have fun. Eat popcorn.
