Spoiler Free Movie Review - Finding Dory

I really enjoyed "Finding Dory". It was so much fun. We laughed out loud and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

It supposedly takes place a year after they lost and ultimately found Nemo. When in actuality it has been thirteen years. A few of the original actors remain such as Ellen DeGeneres as Dory and Albert Brooks as Nemo's dad Marlin.

Dory is living with and being watched over by Nemo and Marlin, but she is still wishing for her own family. She begins having snippets of memories about her mom and dad and where she used to live. It is very poignant. She decides to search for them and the chase is on.

It's a laugh-out-loud movie, regardless of what age child you are. There are some very good points made about friends and family and how they often are the same.

So definitely go. Have fun. Eat popcorn. .
