Library partners with YMCA to present diabetes awareness program

Diabetes and prediabetes affect almost half of all Americans, yet most people don?t realize they are affected.

Join Linda Paeglis of the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA to learn more about these conditions and how they can impact your health. Take a short questionnaire to find out if you might be at risk. Receive important information about lifestyle changes you can make to reduce your risk and improve your health!

Drop into the Wirt Library Community Room at 500 Center Ave. in Bay City on either Wednesday, January 10 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. or Tuesday, January 16 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. There is no cost to attend the program.
