"It has been an honor to work with such an outstanding group of physicians, employees, and volunteers," said Mr. Wright, who was approved by Ingham's Board of Directors in a special meeting May 4. "We have worked through some difficult challenges together, and we could not have achieved such considerablegrowth and award winning clinical excellence without the intelligence, hard work, and confidence of this truly outstanding group of people. I am sure that this team will continue to provide the same support for Alice as they deal with the challenges ahead. I have very mixed feelings about my move to Ingham," Wright continued. "Many of the physicians and staff here have become close friends. But I look forward to this new challenge, knowing that I leave Bay Regional in extremely capable hands."

"Bob's leadership has been superior," said Gerard. "We have built a strong team under his guidance, with physicians, employees, and volunteers all working toward the common goals of clinical excellence and outstanding customer satisfaction. I have no doubt that he will bring the same level of service and leadership to our colleagues at Ingham. I am also confident that the team we have in place at Bay Regional will continue to build on the clinical and operational excellence we have worked so hard together to establish," Gerard continued. "I look forward to our future here with optimism and enthusiasm."
