Santa and Mrs. Claus make their entrance into Downtown Bay City at Wenonah Park on Friday, November 24, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. Santa's Arrival also kicks off The City of Lights.

Eric Jylha from WNEM TV-5 and Bob Hughes from WHNN 96 will share
Masters-of-Ceremony duties for this year's event.
While children are awaiting the arrival of the jolly couple, representatives of the Miss Bay County Scholarship Program will sing Christmas Carols and Miss Bay County 2002, Amy McFarland, will sing America the Beautiful.
Kids, bring your flashlights and help safely guide the way for Santa's Sleigh!!
McDonald's Restaurant, located at 314 Washington Avenue, will graciously be providing free beverages and St. Laurent Brothers will be providing holiday treats for the children.
Immediately following the program, Santa and Mrs. Claus will proceed to the Delta College Planetarium, located at 100 Center Ave., where they will meet and greet children till 9 p.m. Parents don't forget those cameras. Miss Bay County 2006, Bethany Bierlein will be on-site signing books, compliments of the Miss Bay County Scholarship Program, for children visiting with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Santa's Arrival is a
Toys for Tots event. Visitors to Wenonah Park are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy to be donated to the Toys for Tots Program of Bay County.
