ELKS 88 To Host Halloween Picnic on October 22

Mock Housing Community to be Set Up at Essexville KC Hall

On October 22, the Bay City Elks, Lodge #88, will host its annual Halloween picnic for the Special needs children of the Bay City School system.

Known as our "Pumpkin Patch Party", volunteers will gather at the K of C Hall in Essexville, along with the "KC Klowns", set up a small mock housing community using refrigerators boxes decorated as homes, and hand out "goodies" to those children that find it most difficult to go out into the public and enjoy this annual event.
