200 Girl Scouts Will Sing Christmas Carols on Sunday from Noon to 2:00 PM
Just imagine over 200 Girl Scouts strolling and singing holiday carols throughout the streets of Downtown Bay City! It's scheduled to happen this Sunday, December 16, from noon to 2:00 p.m. as part of Downtown Bay City's Sundays in the City. This is the first year the Girl Scouts have been a part of this wonderful holiday event.
Bay County Girl Scouts from more than 12 troops, with their families and friends, will be meeting at noon in front of the State Theater at 913 Washington Avenue to receive their song books. They'll then break into smaller groups, disperse into the Downtown streets and bring the sounds of the season into historic Downtown Bay City.
What a great way to celebrate the holidays- horse drawn carriage rides, holiday sounds and great dining and shopping! Sundays in the City continues through Sunday, December 23, 2007.
