The Bay City Lions Club held their annual Children's Christmas party at the LFA hall on Wednesday, December 12, 2007.

One hundred sixty three children, plus their parents, were served an all American fare of hot dogs, Sloppy Joes and condiments prepared with the loving hands of Lions Club volunteers.

Cookies and ice cream completed the meal. Each child was provided with a gift from Santa Clause. Entertainment was provided by Lion Robert Bloenk who accompanied the children in singing several Christmas songs.

At least 40 renditions of Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer were performed, which proved to be the most popular song sung.
