By: Kevin Leahy
Tawas Area stuck around long enough against the Bobcats to erase a six point deficit by outscoring their host 16-0 in the final four minutes to sneak out with the 52-42 win.
The Bobcats controlled the North East Michigan Conference game for three quarters with a stingy defense but their offense couldn't provide enough cushion against a determined Tawas squad.
Jordan Snider led John Glenn scoring with 15 points while Chuck Baumer and Chris Schumann both scored eight.
Phil Barnes paced Tawas with 15 while Jesse Swiek added 14.
The Bobcats host Cass City Wednesday at 7:45 and then travel to Whittemore-Prescott the following night.
