The Fabulous Hubcaps tonight (TUESDAY, JULY 22) as they prepare for their long-awaited return trip to the downtown Bay City World Friendship Shell!

In case of rain, the show will be moved to Bay City Central High School.
Last Tuesday, the rain stopped just before show time for the Joel/John concert as the evening cooled and turned into a near-perfect concert by the river.
Below: Bring your chair and/or blanket and get there early. 'Billy Joel' packed the grass last week. The Hubcaps will do the same. The Bay Arts Council 25 Year Silver Celebration continues tonight (Tuesday, July 22) with the Fabulous Hubcaps.
