Giving away trees, saving customers $20 bucks on an oil change and providing children inflatable slides and a jump house and free ice cream Sundays all proved to be popular attractions for their customers Saturday at Hank Graff Chevrolet on Wilder.

"We had them lined up all the way out for a half mile on Wilder with the police directing traffic," said manager Lisa Kusey when speaking of the $9.95 oil changes.

"We expect to do at least one hundred today and hand out another 100 rain checks," added Kusey.

"Save the earth and its fossil fuels," said Barbara Wood as she handed out vehicle first-aid kits and took names for their half hour drawing for an earth friendly package of prizes.

"Nearly 80% of the 2008 models are E-85 equipped," said Kusey.

"We expect to sell twenty cars before the end of the day, with half of them being E-85 equipped," added Kusey.

The crowds on hand had something fun to do all day long as the perused the sales lot.

"We look forward to this event to kick off Earth Week and nearly every employee is involved in one way or another," said Kusey.

Enjoy Earth Day on Tuesday and think green all week and throughout the year.
