Trip to Las Vegas and a Chance to Perform at Labadie Pig Gig is On the Line

A trip to Las Vegas would be nice.

But a chance to sing on the big stage (in front of 5,000 people)during the August Labadie Pig Gig . . . Ahhhhhhh . . . That has the attention of everyone singing at Stables.

Last year, close to 100 singers competed for the Michigan's Got Talent top prize - won by Steve Armstrong. Fifteen or so have already competed during the first three weeks and many more are expected through the summer.

First segment finalists will be chosen this week, Wednesday May 7th. Four or five are expected to be named.

Two more 4-week segments will follow. And Finalists will be chosen after each 4-week period.

Online voting will begin on the 13th week (July 9) when the estimated fifteen (15) Finalist will begin a 4-week head-to-head duel.

Beginning July 9th, all 15 finalists will compete (Idol Style) in a 4-week competition. One week the finalists will sing Country songs, then Motown the next week , then Rock, etc.

Competitors are battling it out to win the trip to Las Vegas AND a spot to perform in concert at the Labadie Pig Gig this Summer at Veterans Park in Bay City!

"We're expecting huge numbers as far as performers are concerned during the summer," says John Buehl, Stables Manager.
