35 Year Traditional Opening of the Summer Season Continues

By: Stephen Kent

For 35 years the YWCA's Riverside Art Festival has marked the start of the summer season in Bay City. This year was no exception as over a hundred artists displayed their arts and crafts to the crowds of visitors.

Historically held in Wenona Park, the festival moved to Water Street last year. The artists felt it was a much better arrangement so the street was used again.
