New Bay County Junior Title Holders Selected at Garber Pageant

Competition featured Thirty-eight contestants from our area.

Shelby Avery, 15 year-old, was chosen as the new Miss Bay County Outstanding Teen 2008, held at Garber High School, Wednesday Night. The Miss Bay County Competition featured Thirty-eight contestants from our area.

As Miss Bay County Outstanding Teen, Avery has the opportunity to compete for the Miss Michigan Outstanding Teen title in Muskegon, next June. Parents are Denise and Mike Avery of Midland.

1st. Runner-up is Courtenay Ackley. Parents are Brian and Michelle Ackley of Chelsea.

2nd. Runner-up is Lauren Moore. Parents are Jennifer and Kevin Moore of Bay City.

Miss Congeniality is Sara Spencer. Parents are Paul and Lisa Spencer of Essexville.

Carly Peil, 12 year-old, was chosen as the new Miss Bay County Junior. Parents are Brett and Laura Peil of Auburn.

1st. Runner-up is Mallory Rivard. Parents are Troy and Wendy Rivard of Bay City.

2nd. Runner-up is Caroline Asiala. Parents are Laura and Michael Asiala of Bay City.

Kayleigh Carter, 9 year-old, was chosen as the new Miss Bay County Little Miss. Parent is Nicole Dupuis of Saginaw.

1st. Runner-up is Emily Reinhard. Parents are Rich and Wendy Reinhard of Auburn.

2nd. Runner-up is Sabrina Jeffrey. Parents are Kelly and Guy Matthew Jeffrey of Bay City.

Madison Seliskar, 8 year-old, was chosen as the new Miss Bay County Princess. Parents are Jim and Diane Seliskar of Bay City.

1st. Runner-up is Addisyn Wallace. Parents are Ryan and Jamie Wallace of Freeland.

2nd. Runner-up is Alyssa Thompson. Parent is Lisa Thompson of Bay City.
