Cougar Chemistry is UP!

ASC Volleyball is off to a slamin' start!

When asked what Coach Diane Sutton liked about coaching her team she quickly responded "their team spirit". When you walk through the door to Cougar Gym it is evident from the first glance that this is no ordinary volleyball team. Even though they have only been practicing for a couple of days, their teamwork and cheerfulness made it seem as though they'd been playing together all their lives.

When asked about their thoughts for the fast approaching season, Ashley Bowker and Molly Neymeiyer confidently stated that their team has "improved a lot since last year,and the chemistry is up". They went on to say that "chemistry" is important within a volleyball team; and with the Cougars, well, Ashley and Molly summed it up pretty well by simply saying that they are a "close team".

The Cougars open their season on the road against Lakers and their home opener is September 11th against Vassar. Hope to see all you Volleyball fans there!
