Snowball Softball Tourney
Is Saturday/Sunday February 7th & 8th

The 3rd Annual Auburn Jaycees Snowball Softball Tournament will be held the first weekend in February.

The tournament is played the same as any other slow-pitch tournament, with one exception - ideally, the ground is covered in SNOW!

This event is for the hard-core softball athlete as well as the novice team or corporate group looking for a team activity for a great cause.

The event brings out the best in both men and women playing and participating. Everyone from a group of friends, to church leagues, to tournament regulars join together for a weekend of great softball and charity. We have expanded the tournament this year to hold a co-ed tournament and a men's tournament.

The tournaments will follow ASA rules with some modifications. Teams are guaranteed two games in a round robin bracket with the winning teams moving on to play a championship bracket.

The co-ed tournament and will be held on Saturday, 2/7/09 starting at 9am, and the men's tournament will be held on Sunday, 2/8/09 starting at 9am.

The games will be played at the Midland Redcoats Softball Complex and all proceeds will go towards the Auburn Easter Egg Hunt. The Eater Egg Hunt is a FREE event open to the Tri-Cities community.
