Downtown Bay City is celebrating our second annual Indulge event that just happens to fall this year on Valentine's Day.

New this year! FREE Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides from noon to 3:00 p.m. Pick-up in front of the State Theatre.

Join Downtown Bay City for Sweet treats and special promotions! Taste-tempting chocolates and decadent chocolate martinis... A special dress, new shoes, sparkling earrings... Fragrances and food samplings to delight the senses.

25 Downtown businesses will be offering special treats and ways to Indulge on this special day with a friend, your Valentine or just yourself. Just a few of the special activities . . .

At Come and Glow Day Spa, indulge in an Ultimate Romance Spa Pedicure or Body Treatment, including FREE Romance lotion and drink!

Enjoy Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory at the Wirt Library, 2 p.m.

Munch on chocolate samples from St. Laurent Brothers and The Sweet Boutique while you browse at MeadowCreek Clothiers.

Enjoy a FREE massage by All About You Therapeutic Massage at The Sweet Boutique beginning at noon.
