2 Michigan Idol Contestants Move to Finals Competition At Labadie Pig Gig

New 9-Week Michigan Idol Segment Starts Thursday, June 2, 2009

The Stables Martini & Cigar Bar was filled for finals night, on Thursday, May 28, 2009. Two Michigan Idol Contestants were chosen to move forward to the Finals Competition At Labadie Pig Gig.

(Left) Amanda Beson and Jen Wagner are now set to compete in the finals competition on Thursday, August 6, 2009 in front of "The System", Bob Seger Tribute band.

Two more contestants will be added to the existing list of finalists that now includes Taylor Vitany, Kate Gembrowski, Amanda Beson and Jen Wagner to make a total of 6 finalists who will perform at the Labadie Pig Gig - Big Stage.

Local Celebrity Judges will choose one winner who will move on to perform on Sunday, August, 9, 2009 ahead of Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels.

Michigan Idol starts a new nine-week segment on Thursday, June 4, 2009. New contestants as well as existing competitors are welcome. Along with the new segment, a new set of judges will be in place -- to be announced next week.
