Another Successful Year for the Popular Kick off to Summer in Bay City

For 36 years the YWCA's Riverside Art Festival has marked the start of the summer season in Bay City. This year artists and visitors enjoyed beautiful weather in beautiful downtown Bay City as the artists spread onto downtown streets.
