There's so much more then Ribs . . . One of the popular tents at the Labadie Pig Gig is the PIGALICIOUS TASTING TENT with Free Chef Cooking Demonstrations that are scheduled throughout the 4-day event.

Many Sizzling Sensations are demonstrated as area chefs, rib competitors, media personalities and food columnists shared their culinary creations from appetizers, summer salads, BBQ fare to desserts. Audiences learned many secrets including the secret to the best ribs in the Midwest!

Other activities included, dishes for kids to create - from edible play dough to dessert pizzas! Barefoot Wine tasting samples were also offered to compliment the fare when appropriate.
