It's the "Can't Miss" Event of the year
Downtown Bay City's 2009 East Side Wine Walk on Thursday, September 24, 2009
Streets filled with people mingling, sun setting over the water, the feeling of excitement in the air . . .
This is the picture that the Downtown Bay City Wine Walk has painted for its attendees for the last 10 years and why Wine Walk has become the "Can't Miss" event of the year.
On Thursday, September 24, 2009, from 5 to 10 p.m., 14 of Downtown's finest restaurants and pubs will come together once again to create an evening of fine wines and delicious food samplings with music throughout the streets.
This year the foods are better than ever with offerings like Pineapple Glazed Ham, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Smoky BBQ Ribs, and Argentinean Chicken.
Restaurants are offering creative foods to complement exquisite selections of wine from around the world. For example, enjoy Escargot, Brie En Croute with toasted Baguette Rounds and Pates at the Atrium, Seafood Pasta Alfredo and Crab Cakes at Gatsby's Steakhouse & Saloon, and the finest selection of Spanish foods and wines at Prime Event Center.
