Ross is one of America's top experts in the fields of motivation, sales in addition, self-development. Ross spends his time and talents challenging people to become all that God created them to be.

Ross is a successful executive recording artist and founder and director of circle, a youth ranch, president of the OFIDA project, a board member of Hansen Corporation, a graduate of Westmont College and Fuller Theological Seminary.

Ross has written the book "Say Yes To Your Potential", recorded the tape series, "Dynamic Living" and recorded a variety of sacred and motivational music albums.

Ross and his wife Susan have been helping teenagers through the circle "A" ranch program for over 27 years.

Ross, known as a man of integrity, was not always a successful man. In fact, with God's help, he has climbed up from the bottom to help thousands live happier and more fulfilling lives to the glory of God.
