Mike Stodolak Named Chairman of Bay Medical Foundation Board
Vice Chair Debra Lutz, 26 Board Members Take Seats After Annual Meeting

Michael J. Stodolak, Independent Bank executive, has been named chairman of the Bay Medical Foundation (BMF).
The foundation raises funds for Bay Regional Medical Center, Bay Special Care Hospital, Brian's House hospice and the Helen M. Nickless Volunteer Clinic serving the uninsured of the community.
Debra Lutz, financial officer of Delta College, will serve as vice chair for 2010 while Daniel Engelhardt, of Assured Financial Advisors L.L.C., will be treasurer and Richard H. Lyons, principal in MacMillan Associates, Inc., secretary.
