The Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance is a collaborative effort of business and community leaders from, Bay City, Midland, Saginaw and surrounding areas. Its aim is to promote economic growth and community vitality through cooperation across many sectors and organizations: business, industry, government, health care, labor, tourism and education.
