Cass City, MI - June 16, 2010 - The Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center is pleased to offer a free Effective Customer Service seminar at Rawson Memorial District Library, 6495 Pine Street in Cass City from 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 12, 2010.

Even though this is the communications age, too many communications leave the recipient making assumptions that lead to poor productivity, low morale, and worse. Be clear, concise, and consistent in your message to internal and external customers of your business through proper and effective use of meetings, letters, memos, faxes, e-mails plus other activities and documents in communicating your business.
