Energize Self Defense Class

Join your fellow Energize members for a FREE Self Defense class led by Master Joseph Stricker from Martial Arts Connection.

Master Stricker has a 5th degree blackbelt in Shito-Ryu Karate; 4th degree blackbelt in Jutsu from Hombu, Japan; a certified Sifu in Wing Chun-Kung Fu with the Hong Kong Athletic Association; certified Escrima instructor by Renee LaTosa of the Philippines. Stricker has trained several law enforcement agencies throughout Michigan, currently holds self defense classes for Realtors, and is certified in several other different styles of self-defense.

Master Stricker has offered his time again to show Energize members basic self defense techniques for you to become more confident while you're out and about.
