Chamber Looking For Business Men or Women to Read to K-5 Kids

The Bay Area Chamber of Commerce needs readers and invites any business man or business woman to participate in the exciting program Reading is Bay County?s Business March 1-25, 2011. The program focuses on reading to kindergarten through fifth grade classrooms and offers an opportunity for professionals to share information about their chosen career with students.

Participating is not only fun, it is easy! The time commitment is small, usually 30 minutes, however the impact is significant. Please consider participating as a volunteer reader as we need 40 more.

The Chamber will schedule one 30-minute reading visit compatible with your schedule then provide you with a confirmation letter and tips for what to do during the visit.
