Holiday Inn Hosts November Luncheon For Award Winners

Patti Windiate - REALTOR® of the Year - 2004
Local REALTORS® gathered at the Holiday Inn on Friday for lunch.
The Bay County REALTOR® Association (BCRA) Board of Directors took this luncheon opportunity to announce the organization's Annual
Pride of Ownership winners,
REALTOR®and Affiliate of the Year,
Merit Award recipient, and to recognize the
BCRA Committee Chairs for a year of outstanding participation and achievement.
Outgoing President Patti Windiate (Top Producers) was honored as the REALTOR® of the Year. REALTOR® Affiliate of the Year was Tom Dittmer (Metropolitan Title).
Pride of Ownership Awards went to Mike and Colleen Trecha (Residential) and Mike and Molly Connors (Historical) for their beautiful homes on Bay City's East Side. In addition, Scott McIntyre (McIntyre Property Management) was named Pride of Ownership award winner in the Commercial Division.

Jeremy Powers (C21-Lockey) received the BCRA REALTOR® Merit Award for his year-long committment to programs and committees in the BCRA organization.
